I don't know what to do, I want to try ABC again, but I am TERRIFYED to eat anything....I need some help. I don't know what to do.

It just doesn't go with my lifestyle, you know?
Restricting to 300 calories and under until Christmas, with no one meal going over 150 calories. No snacks. Never over 50g carbs, never over 700mg sodium. Never over 10g fat. ALWAYS Fate free dairy. Barely any meat. NO red meat. Fasting when I can. Sound good? I think so.

I had right at 500 calories today....I absolutely HATE going over 400 calories a day. But this is a kick ass diet and I am going to stick with it.


INTAKE:
Breakfast:Toast-50 calories.
Lunch:Sweet and Spicy tuna, veggie chips, and jello-220 calories.
Dinner:Lean Cuisine dinner-230 calories.
TOTAL:500 calories.

OUTAKE:
700 crunches.
100 squats.
100 leg lifts(each leg).
30 reps of weights.

ABC.  
So today is my first day on abc.
I ate 480 calories today. I ate about 12g of carbs over my daily limit....Whatever. I went on vacation with my boyfriend, ate like a pig, and gained back up to 121lbs......UGH!! I have to be at LEAST 110lbs by Christmas. I am VERY frusterated with myself right now.....Also if anyone has any advice at all about how to stay on the abc plan when my boyfriend takes me out to eat, PLEASE help. Thanksss. Love ya'll. I am verrrrry new to this site so any help would be freaking fantastic. Haha.
INTAKE:
jelly sandwhich-150 calories.
Lean cuisine pizza-330 calories.
Total: 480 calories.

OUTAKE:

700 crunches.
100 squats.
100 leg lifts(each leg).
30 reps of weights(3ways).
