So today is my first day on abc.
I ate 480 calories today. I ate about 12g of carbs over my daily limit....Whatever. I went on vacation with my boyfriend, ate like a pig, and gained back up to 121lbs......UGH!! I have to be at LEAST 110lbs by Christmas. I am VERY frusterated with myself right now.....Also if anyone has any advice at all about how to stay on the abc plan when my boyfriend takes me out to eat, PLEASE help. Thanksss. Love ya'll. I am verrrrry new to this site so any help would be freaking fantastic. Haha.
